First things first: call me Jeff!
JeffreyGrounds comes from my first and middle names but my last name is actually “Anderson”. Don’t worry, it confuses everyone at first!
All things weddings…
I grew up outside Minneapolis and weddings have been part of my life for as long as I can remember. I spent years working and attending weddings even before I started photographing them over 20 years ago. To say I know weddings would be an understatement!
Jen and me
I currently live outside Denver with my wife and best friend Jen. She shoots as one of my second photographers too.
Chasing adventure
Jen and I are obsessed with travel and adventure, and have explored the world together. I’m so grateful my work helps me chase both of those passions while serving the people I care about!
Friends for life
Some of our amazing couples have become friends and many of them have invited us back for maternity, family and milestone photos. Getting to watch their stories unfold is one of the best parts of what we do. We wouldn’t have it any other way.
Faith
My faith in Jesus is at the heart of everything I do, and it’s why serving couples matters so much to me.

Meet David
David Gaston has been in the industry for nearly 30 years and is my primary lead photographer. We both could do a wedding on our own but we both show up for yours so you have double the high-quality footage and no memory gets missed or lost in the shuffle of the day.
I Love Weddings
I love weddings because I love marriage. I love the idea of two lives joining as one and being better together than alone.
I love the look in the groom’s eyes as he sees his bride for the first time and the tenderness of a father with his “little girl” on the dance floor; from the laughter and tears, to all the groomsmen shenanigans. Capturing these moments is just plain fun for me, and every photographer on my team feels the same way.
My Goal
To be the friend you didn’t know you needed, to capture those behind-the-scenes moments you never saw happen, and to turn the unexpected twists of the day into your all-time favorite photos.
